The cellar exterior was inspired by Mediterranean architecture, while the interior, could be considered a modern interpretation of the Amphitheatre of the ancient town of Nora, especially where the barrique cellar is concerned.
Both the vinification and the aging areas are equipped with the most up-to-date equipment and machinery available for the vinification and aging of wine.
The barrique cellar holds about 400 barriques, all with a capacity of 225 litres.
The overall size of the cellar is 2700 square metres; of which 1250 are used for aging, 1000 for vinification processes and 500 house the machinery, services, cold cellar and destemming area. Two further buildings measuring 400 square metres each stand alongside the cellar. The first building will house the tasting and direct sales area, while the second will be used as a commercial marketing area and conference hall.
Once the Company reaches its full operational capacity it will be equipped with guest quarters, a Wine Farm, and a top quality holiday farm.
All these facilities are situated amid pink granite hills and a wood of ancient olives and carob trees.
